Rates work like tax brackets: each rate applies only to the part of your monthly spend inside its bracket, so spending more never raises the rate on what you’ve already spent. There’s a $10 minimum fee, only in months you run ads.
Your ad spend itself is billed by Google to your own Google Ads account. We invoice the platform fee monthly, for the previous month’s spend.
