Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information View Growth Labs (“we”) collects when you use our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account details: your email address, name and company, and any optional answers you give when signing up.
• Campaign details: the YouTube videos you promote, your budgets, your Google Ads customer ID, and the performance of your campaigns (such as impressions, views, clicks and spend).
• Billing details: the invoices we issue you. Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us.
• Sign-in data: one-time sign-in codes (stored only in hashed form) and a session cookie that keeps you signed in.

How we use it

• To create and run your ad campaigns, and to show you their results.
• To sign you in, and to email you sign-in codes and updates about your campaigns.
• To calculate, send and collect invoices.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to run our service:

• Google, to run your campaigns in your Google Ads account and on YouTube.
• Google Cloud, which hosts our application and database.
• SendGrid, which delivers our emails.
• Stripe, which processes payments.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your Google Ads account

When you accept our manager link request, we get access to your Google Ads account to build and manage your campaigns. You can remove that access at any time in Google Ads.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while you have an account with us. We keep invoices and billing records as long as we’re required to for tax and accounting purposes. To see, correct or delete your information, email support@viewgrowthlabs.com.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
