Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of View Growth Labs’s website and services. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

We create and manage YouTube video ad campaigns for you. Campaigns run in your own Google Ads account, which you link to our manager account. We set up, optimize and report on your campaigns.

Your account and your Google Ads account

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure.
• Your Google Ads account belongs to you. Google bills you directly for your ad spend, and you’re responsible for keeping a valid payment method on that account.
• You can remove our manager access to your Google Ads account at any time.

Fees and payment

We charge a platform fee on your monthly ad spend at the rates on our pricing page. We invoice monthly for the previous month, and invoices are due by the date shown on them. If we change our rates, the new rates apply only from the date they take effect, never to past months.

Your content

You’re responsible for the videos you ask us to promote. You confirm that you have the rights to them and that they comply with YouTube’s and Google Ads’ policies. Google and YouTube decide whether to approve ads, and we can’t override their decisions.

Results

We work to deliver the most views for your budget, but we don’t guarantee any particular number of views, subscribers, revenue or other results.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, as described in our refund & cancellation policy. We may suspend or end our service if you break these terms, fail to pay invoices, or ask us to promote content that breaks the law or Google’s policies.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email before they take effect.
